Review Policy
To ensure trustworthy reviews, only clients who have completed a session may leave a review
1. Post Reviews
Reviews can only be submitted by signed-in members for sessions of 5 minutes or more completed within the last week. Go to My Menu → My Reviews to submit your review
(Reviews not submitted within 1 week will be removed)

3. How Coin Rewards are work on for Reviews
- Regular reviews of 30 characters or more will automatically receive coins upon submission
- Handwritten reviews will receive additional coins after verification by our team within the next business day. (The advisor's name must be included in the handwritten review to qualify for coins.)
- Best reviews are selected by our team every Monday from the previous week's reviews and coins are awarded accordingly
However, coins will not be awarded in the following cases
- Reviews of less than 30 characters or deemed insincere
- Reviews unrelated to the reading session
- Reviews that duplicate other existing reviews
- 3 or more consecutive reviews posted by the same user (spam)
- Reviews subject to being hidden or deleted under our Review Policy
- Reviews deemed ineligible for coin rewards at the discretion of our team

How to Get Your Review Selected as Best
When writing your review, following the structure of Pre-consultation State → Consultation Content → Post-consultation Feeling sincerely and thoroughly will increase your chances of being selected. Attaching a handwritten review photo will further increase your chances of selection.
4. Review Management Policy
Hong Cafe is committed to publishing client reviews as submitted, without modification. Submitted reviews may be used for Hong Cafe's promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. By submitting a review, the author is deemed to have agreed to these terms. However, reviews that fall under the following categories violate our policy and cannot be posted. They may be hidden or deleted at the discretion of our moderation team
- Reviews unrelated to the reading or communication with the advisor
- Reviews containing personal information such as email addresses or phone numbers
- Reviews containing profanity, defamation, or slander directed at the advisor or others
- Reviews containing content that violates copyright or portrait rights
- Reviews where the same user repeatedly posts complaints about the same advisor
- Reviews deemed to violate applicable laws, social norms, or community standards
